This website is owned and operated by Apollo Public School, run under Shri Guru Raghavendra Education Society, at Sunkadakatte, 851, 8th Cross, Gajanana Nagar, Srigandha Nagar, Hegganahalli, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560091 (referred to below as "the school", "we", or "us").

Please read these terms before using the site. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website.

1. About this website

This website exists to give parents, guardians, students and the wider community information about the school — our history, academics, facilities, admission process and contact details. It is an information and enquiry channel. It is not a portal for fee payment, student records, or examination results.

2. Admission enquiries are not admissions

This is the most important thing on this page, so we want to be plain about it:

• Submitting the inquiry form is an expression of interest only. It is not an application, and it does not reserve or guarantee a seat.
• Admission is confirmed only after the school office completes document verification, the applicant meets the eligibility criteria for the relevant wing, a seat is available, and registration and fees are completed as advised by the school.
• The school reserves the right to accept or decline any application at its discretion, in line with its admission policy and applicable regulations.
• Seats in every wing are limited. Submitting an enquiry earlier does not by itself create any priority or entitlement.

Any information about admissions for 2026-2027 or 2027-2028 published on this site is indicative and may change. Please confirm current details with the school office before making any decision.

3. Accuracy of information

We make a genuine effort to keep this website accurate and current. Even so, content such as academic programmes, facilities, results, timings, events and staffing may change, and pages may occasionally be out of date or contain errors.

Nothing on this website should be treated as a binding commitment or as a substitute for speaking to the school. For anything you intend to rely on — fees, eligibility, dates, documents required — please confirm directly with the school office.

Statistics quoted on this site (for example examination results, student and staff numbers, or competition achievements) describe past performance. They are not a promise of any particular future outcome for any individual student.

4. Use of this website

You agree that you will not:

• use the website for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that could damage or impair it;
• submit false, misleading, abusive or offensive information through the inquiry form;
• submit another person's personal details without their knowledge and consent;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its server, or any connected system;
• use automated tools to scrape, harvest or bulk-collect content or contact details from the site;
• introduce viruses or any other malicious code.

We may restrict access to the website, or to the inquiry form, where we reasonably believe it is being misused.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, page design, graphics, the school crest and logo, and photographs of the school, its staff and its students — is the property of Apollo Public School or its licensors, and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

You may:

• view pages on your device;
• print or download extracts for your own personal, non-commercial use in considering the school for your child.

You may not, without our written permission:

• reproduce, republish or distribute our content on another website or in any publication;
• use the school crest, name or photographs for any commercial purpose;
• alter our content or remove any copyright or ownership notice.

Photographs of students are published with care. They must not be copied, re-used, or shared elsewhere. If you are a parent and you would like a photograph of your child removed from this website, contact us at apolloschool1991@gmail.com and we will act on it promptly.

This website links to third-party sites and services, including Google Maps and Instagram. Those links are provided for convenience only. We do not control those websites, do not endorse their content, and are not responsible for them. Visiting them is at your own risk and subject to their own terms.
